Welcome to the Norwich RFC Colts, the club's Senior Academy for Under 17 and Under 18 players (School Years 12 & 13). We are the crucial bridge between youth and senior rugby, dedicated to developing skilled, confident, and resilient players ready to excel in adult rugby.

Our team is coached by a dedicated team led by ex-international players, bringing a wealth of high-level experience and a passion for player development. Their drive is to elevate the standard of every individual in our squad and create a seamless pathway from colts rugby into our senior teams.

Whether you're an experienced player or completely new to the sport, you are welcome here. We pride ourselves on creating a positive, safe, and enjoyable environment where every player can learn, grow, and be part of a tight-knit team.

Training and matches

Training Sessions: Twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Time: 19:00 - 20:30

Match Days: Most Sundays

Kick-off: Usually 12:30

Getting started

We provide all playing kit for matches. For training sessions, just bring:

Weather-appropriate sports clothing

Rugby boots (with studs)

A water bottle

A gum shield (mandatory for safety)

Facilities

Our fantastic clubhouse is open and fully staffed during all training sessions and games, offering:

• Hot drinks and cold refreshments
• A variety of food options
• Free Wi-Fi
• A great social atmosphere to relax with teammates and family after sessions
